My Story

Choosing a coach is a big decision, so I'd like to share a bit about me, my experience, and what I bring to our sessions.

Credentials That Matter

  • Trusted Excellence: Graduate of the    Co-Active Training Academy,  recognized as the “gold standard” of coaching by the Institute of Coaching, a Harvard Medical School affiliate.

  • Proven Expertise: With over 15 years as a coach and entrepreneur, I’ve helped more than 200 clients achieve growth and success, all while successfully managing my own business.

  • Advanced Education: Master of Opera from Longy School of Music of Bard College.

  • Award-Winning Performer: Accomplished singer and actor with recognized accolades.

Professional Credentials

  • Graduate of the Co-Active Coaching Institute: Certified by one of the world's most respected coaching schools, known for its empowering, holistic approach. This training shaped my practice, blending deep empathy and active listening with practical tools to help you create meaningful, lasting change.

  • 15+ Years of Coaching & Entrepreneurship: Over the last 15 years, I've worked with more than 200 clients, helping them navigate life's intersections—balancing creative passions with personal and financial stability.

Entrepreneurial Roots

Much of my career—both in coaching and as an artist—has been shaped by an entrepreneurial mindset. I've built my work from the ground up, creating opportunities where artistry and business thrive together:

  • Non-Profit Leadership: Co-founder and Artistic Director (5 years) of the NEMPAC Opera Project, now in its 14th season. The NEMPAC Opera Project brings affordable opera and classical music to New England while offering emerging classical musicians a stage to showcase their talent.

  • Studio GRC- Top NYC Vocal Coaching Studio: Founder and lead vocal coach, taking a “Whole Person Vocal Coaching” approach that nurtures both vocal technique and mindset, helping artists thrive onstage and in life.

Performance Meets Perspective

With a Master's in Opera from Bard College's Longy School of Music, my experience spans from European Opera House to Off-Broadway & film, working with artists such as Timothée Chalamet and Eric Roberts.

Through this, I've learned that true success requires more than technical skill—it's about mindset, resilience, and perspective.

Why I Coach

My expansion into non-vocal coaching emerged from seeing my talented vocal artists—even those performing on some of NYC's most prestigious stages—struggle to align artistic ambitions with personal and financial stability.

I know what it's like to feel pulled in multiple directions and overwhelmed by how and where to start.

The aim of our work together is to help you honor all parts of yourself—career, creativity, and personal growth—so you can achieve your goals with balance and purpose.

With my background in performance, coaching, and entrepreneurship, I offer a unique perspective on juggling passions and finding a creative path to success.

Let's Get Started

I'm here to help you connect the dots between who you are and where you want to go. Let's create something meaningful, together.
