You're juggling being a performer, entrepreneur, educator, coach, artist—and the exhaustion of constantly explaining what exactly it is that you do.
The pressure to 'niche down' feeds the imposter voice that whispers you're doing too much. And yet, also not enough.
But here's the truth: you're not broken. You've just been using systems built for someone else.
You're Not Broken

Why Nothing Works
You've tried the productivity hacks, worked on your mindset, built systems that should work. But nothing sticks—because most approaches address your inner critic OR your external chaos, never both.
And for multi-hyphenates? That gap is where burnout lives.
Every time you try to build a better system, the voice shows up: "Who are you to think you can manage all this?"

I'm Rebecca, an ICF-Certified Multi-Hyphenate Systems Coach
For years, I felt paralyzed by anxiety that I was always making the wrong move—and that to be successful, I had to shut down parts of myself and "just be really, really good at one thing."
Here's what I (finally) learned: The problem wasn't me.
What I needed—and what I now help others build—are systems designed for people managing multiple passions and income streams, not generic productivity advice that assumes you only do one thing.
My passions, skillsets and interests have actually enabled me to lead a fulfilling, stable life- once I built systems that fit.
I don't have to choose just one part of myself to thrive, and neither do you.
Why I Get It
I have a master's degree in opera, co-founded an opera company that's still running 12 years later, and I'm an actor and makeup artist in NYC.
Most importantly, I've run creative businesses for over 10 years while maintaining my own art professionally.
I'm an ICF-certified coach with 15+ years navigating this multi-hyphenate life.
Now I help others do the same: silence the voice that sabotages their attempts, then build systems that actually work.
Not Sure Coaching Is Right for You?
"I don't have time for another thing to manage"
This isn't about adding more to your plate. It's about building systems that manage your multiple streams without burning out—so you finally have space to breathe.
"I've tried everything. Why would this be different?"
Most approaches do mindset OR systems, never both. This silences the imposter voice first, then builds systems for multi-hyphenates—not one-size-fits-all advice.
"What if coaching just tells me to focus on one thing?"
This is coaching specifically for multi-hyphenates. You're not here to narrow down—you're here to build systems that honor all of who you are. You weren't built for one thing.
